American Gladiator Police Champion 1995.  featured on ESPN 1999 Special (Police Football) & 2001 NBC Remembering the Heroes special for the Orphans and Widows Of 911, Inducted into the Minor League Football  Hall of Fame, 2004.  DB Coach and Conditioned the NYPD football team.  Manager and head trainer at the New York Athletic Club. Strength and Conditioning coach for MNSG High School Boys State Champions 2002. Defensive back coach for Maritime College Football program. Strength and Conditioning coach for 2009 JUCO contending National Championship Monroe College men and women basketball Teams. Strength and conditioning for many Division 1 athletes.
