MD1 offers programs designed to introduce the fundamentals of speed, strength, and agility. All necessary for an athlete to have a strong foundation, therefore they can excel in their specific sport. Sessions are focused on mechanics to build the necessary strength, power and explosiveness.
MD1 can :
         - Assess an athletes performance ability.

Agility 
1. The state or quality of being agile; nimbleness.

Agility is a rapid body movement, with the capability of changing direction, maintaining speed and velocity.
MD1 can specifically enhance your response time when it comes to yourspecific sport. Agility requires balance, coordination, reflexes, speed and strength. Mike Diaz can improve on all of those with his unique training approach. This is the edge when everyone else is closing in on you.
